This Privacy Policy explains how OK Deal Ltd. ("OKD", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.okd-studio.co.il (the "Website") or contact us through it.

1. Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. When you use the chat on the Website, we collect the messages you write and any details you choose to share.
2. Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. This is used to operate and secure the Website.
3. Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

You are not required by law to give us any personal information. However, without your contact details we cannot reply to your inquiry.

2. To operate, maintain and secure the Website.
3. If you agree to analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use the Website, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing messages without your consent.

4. Legal basis (for visitors from the EU and the UK)

We process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries and running our business, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and, for analytics cookies, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only as needed:

1. Elementor, which hosts the Website.
2. Glassix, which provides the chat on the Website.
3. Google, if you agree to analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and for our email services.

We may also disclose information if required by law or by a competent authority, or to protect our rights. Some of these providers store information outside Israel, including in the European Union and the United States.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. When you first visit the Website, a banner lets you choose:

1. Accept: we may use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) in addition to the necessary ones.

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
